Back to work but now facing an invasion (or is it a coup) in the office space! A new immediate boss -a woman so sharp and crafty I was fooled by her saccharine dialogues for a while...but now I have my doubts!
She is married - but on the verge of divorce and has a kid! Now tell me do we need to hear all the gory details every day of the latest setbacks in their pathetic union? From the first day I got back to work there's a group of people always around her championing her cause!
The loser hubby is a drunk and is one of those you may like at the first look if you like rock stars! But hey! He really turned out to have all the problems rock stars have - booze, drugs and irresponsible behaviors but this guy is worse he has no success -except for his wife!
Loser hubby sports long hair, shades and a mean bike and has now made a habit of landing up outside the office acting out his passionate possessiveness for his wife! The first time it happened we all cooed our sympathies but now I feel she has a Scarlet O'Hara complex and he a Devdas one!
It's nauseating to say the least and the flock of sympathizing floosies is only fuelling more fire to this pathetic drama series! By the way she has also won the popularity vote playing her Princess Di card - she is actually saying she wants to be the queen of the office-people's hearts!
Quite like Diana who swayed the whole world to her side with her makeovers and great clothes and angelic slandering of Charles, when she was no saint herself but just a woman scorned - the lady boss/di here is doing the same!
Not that anyone including me ever really cared for Charles and Camilla really - Just maybe even Mr loser hubby himself will be happy one day too! The whole thing was amusing first but I've aged seeing this now!
But, there is one last hope for people like me - if one of the office guys takes-up with Ms boss lady and help us all out from all this negativity... It's obvious she is desperately playing drama queen for attention!
She is on the prowl for a new mate and is desperate for a new champion to fight her battles with Mr. Loser. Some women just make some men feel like knights-in-shining armour and hopefully one of those sorry guys at the office will oblige us soon. he he!
Just waiting to see who will rescue this damsel in distress and she looks angelic and tender but only another gal can tell how steely she is really inside! God help him and as for me, lady di and one of her butlers here can drive off into the sunset at the earliest and rescue our workplace from the grips of this irritating drama!
I've been getting back home a little early nowadays and yes the satsanghs at home lull my weary mind to a deep slumber in my hammock in the balcony - and for that I'm eternally grateful!
Looks like god's working in mysterious ways and don't we all really need divine help from being caught in the cross-fire of a marriage gone sour to bitter and then to downright rancid?
